I'm a violence prevention expert, workshop facilitator and consultant who has dedicated the last 16 years of my life to educating youth and adults in order to promote activism, assist people to develop healthy self-esteem and support their work to decrease unfairness and injustice.

Because of my work, I am challenged to take big ideas and break them down into small, simplified nuggets that can be conveyed quickly to my audience. These tools, that are relevant for all ages, are much more entertaining as short animations and voila, Happy U was born!
